Why do online freelancers earn so little?

It seems that there is a large gap between “print” writing rates, and the rates that some online freelance writers charge.  Maybe it’s not all about how much they charge, rather, it’s about how much they get paid.  I’ll attempt to outline some of the reasons why some web-content writers earn so much less than what traditional print writers earn.

Get Paid with No Writing Experience

What do online freelancers get paid?

One of the bigger differences between freelance writing online and being a freelancer for magazines and newspapers is the amount of money that you get paid per project. If you have a ‘for print’ writing background – you’ll probably be underwhelmed by the pay rates for online freelance writers.
